With over 25 years in the Dallas Ft. Worth metroplex I know the area. I know the cities, the businesses, the neighborhoods, the schools, the restaurants, and the culture. I like living here.

I have a business and technology background and can assist buyers in pinpointing their search for their dream home. With sellers I am very knowledgeable about local market conditions and will assist in setting the correct price on the house together with maximizing its condition for showability and developing an effective marketing plan. Hi Roy, thanks for the highlight over in your space. I didn't even know this myself haha, as I haven't looked at those rankings in some time. I knew I was in the top 100 SOMEWHERE, but I know from a points total, commenting and writing, and even longevity so many even put in more effort than I do.
