New home owners in Priest River, Idaho have unusual first day guest.

Martin knew what he was looking for in the North West portion of the Idaho Panhandle.  he was quite patient in his search.   I worked with him for over a year as new home possibilities would come available for sale.  Finally the beginning of 2014 brought a home that Martin felt would be just right for him, his wife and family.  An offer made and accepted.  Many obstacles, in escrow,  along the way were cleared by the listing agent.  The 3,900 sq. ft.  home, on 40 acres, successfully closed. peacock When turning the keys over to the new owners I noticed an unannounced visitor on the front steps.  Personally I felt it was a Good Omen and a perfect ending / beginning for this home’s new family.  I have been fortunate in helping some incredibly nice people and families fulfill their dreams already this year.  I look forward to that continuing.  Post Falls is but one of the North Idaho communities I serve.  Call me directly at 208 255-6227 for help with either buying or selling your home in North Idaho Bonner and Boundary Counties.

I read somewhere that peacocks are a sign of protection. Congrats on another successful sale!

Mark Don, welcome to AR. Peacocks are beautiful birds and they are great watch birds, if there is a threat you won't miss their calls. So the Peacock on the porch was sign of beauty and protection.
