HI, Scott. Got several BPOs for the weekend, and we also had our Celebrate Cedaredge weekend. My company had a booth and I also did the 5K. It about killed me. I think I've finally figured out you have to train in between those things. I was beat to heck by Saturday evening. Between the race and the booth and the sun. Wow. My left ankle is still swollen. 

Right after the race was done...or at least after I finished, I got a productive call from buyers that wanted to see a bank owned listing of mine. They had a somewhat different financing situation than I would like to see, but I talked with them, and I think we might get this one under contract. They told me I'm the only real estate agent they've talked to in the last few months that would consider working this out with them. I can do this. They have been to the big box office and always get shut down. Me...I think I can work this deal and double end a bank owned property. Wish me luck.
