Thomas Greenwood; first real estate purchase.  Congratulations Tom!

Gary & Jean Clauer; recent sale and purchase with a single move and coinciding sale and purchase.  This was my seventh file with this happy couple.  Congratulations!

Chris & Angela Gross; recently married and purchased their first home together.  This was my fourth transaction with Chris.  Congratulations to you both!

Jason & Amanda Hiltner; lot purchase to build their dream home.  My third transaction with the owners of JLH Construction.  Congratulations!
