Jacksonville Jaguars is a Class Organization!
Tomorrow night my wife and I were scheduled to attend an event for prospective season ticket holders for the Jacksonville Jaguars at Everbank Field in a private Jaguars suite. We were looking forward to attending this gathering. Well, it turns out my daughter has a basketball game the same evening in St Augustine and we don't like to miss our kids games/activities. Thus, we need to cancel.
I send an email to the Jacksonville Jaguars Member Relations and Retention Coordinator, Chelsea, to advise her that we will be unable to attend and the reason. Here is her reply: "We will miss you at the event. Tell your daughter that the Jaguars wish her good luck at her basketball game."
Now, Chelsea could have simply replied with a cold "thank you for letting us know" or something similar, but instead personalized her response to my daughter! Remember Chelsea's title...Member Relations and Retention Coordinator! There is a reason she has this position! A class organization with class people! Most the time, it is the simple things that people do that make a difference!
Come on out and support Gus Bradley and the Jaguars. "The Jacksonville Jaguars will have their Thursday, June 5th, OTA practice open to the public at the Florida Blue Health & Wellness Practice Fields adjacent to EverBank Field. Attending practice is free, however YOU MUST REGISTER BELOW TO GAIN ENTRY."
