Good morning Debbie. Wow, the Brown Ranch Subdivision certainly sounds like a wonderful place to live. The views from your photo are nothing short of beautiful.
Those are some nice looking homes. Well i did not get buried but got quite a few new bpo's and another new REO. Today i get to go to the beach, no not to enjoy some sand and water but to show a home. It is a bonus that the bank had 3 bpo's there so i grabbed them all. I am not sure if i will have time to take a quick walk on the sand and down to the water. It is still too cold to jump in for me. It will be 80 something today and the beach will be packed, so quickly in and out is not an option but i am heading there now to try to beat some traffic. Perhaps a park and walk may be better and a quick snack at the seacoast is a must. I try to entertain myself as you can see.

8853 sq.ft house, now I wouldn't want to clean that one. Great report Debbie.
It is a large house, Debbie. I wouldn't want to clean it either. I couldn't keep up. I know that.
Brown Ranch Subdivision, Montrose looks like a beautiful place to live. Even in Hawaii I have heard of the beauty of the Telluride ski area. Hopefully you ski and can take some time off to enjoy the sport.
