What makes a good lead generator? Most agents don’t generate enough leads to hit their transaction goals, and one of the biggest drivers of this gap is a scattered lead generation strategy.

When looking to increase your lead generation, keep it simple at the start. Use these strategies when thinking about lead generation:

  • Start out with a few sources – three at most
  • Understand your market and know which sources will perform better
  • Time vs. money – are you going to spend money or time to generate leads?
  • The quality of the lead is determined by the quality of the response
