The Keller Williams Fredericksburg Virginia office has been located on Route 3 since the early 2000's and currently has close to 140 agents in which there are individuals Realtors and many Team's in this office. The number of agents is rapidly growing with more and more people signing up to get their real estate license and choosing to come work with the largest agency in agent count. The training is by far the best there is out there.

Working as a Realtor in the Fredericksburg area I have seen growth in the area in the past several years and with that growth comes expansion. Keller Williams has been named the 2nd largest training commpany out in the business world. Jiffy Lube I believe is in first position.
Over the years the Fredericksburg office has seen as many come and go like any firm would however the Fredericksburg Keller Williams office has out grown their current space that they have leased over the years. The Fredericksburg team at Keller Williams has been working hard at getting everything ready for the new move. The new location is behind Gander Mountain located down Route 3 going towards Culpeper about 2 miles West of the old location. The agents are excited and have been a part of the process from the very beginning. The walls are up and the finishing touches are being done in the next 70 days or so we will officially be in the new building meantime we have a temporary office set up for agents to continue business as usual and in the same time get clients use to coming to a new location. We are excited and hope that our clients understand that when moving as they all know since they too are moving at some point or another that they have patience with the agents during this transition.
