To the end of May, the number of residential units reported sold has fallen to its lowest level in the last 10 years. Sales have retreated in all three municipalities, Moncton, Dieppe and Riverview.
As we begin the last part of the Spring real estate market there is an abundance of properties listed for sale. This local real estate market definitely favours buyers over sellers.
In addition many lenders are currently offering even lower 5 year term mortgage rates.
