Just read a acticle on CNN Money that Millennials are squeezed out of the home buying market because of cash offers and low inventory. http://money.cnn.com/2014/06/01/real_estate/millennials-squeezed-out/index.html?hpt=hp_t2

Yes today's real estate market is very competitive but 1st time homebuyer do have some advantages and options that real estate profesionals need to discuss with there clients. Time to think outside the box. Look at some the properties that are not the Cream Puff Listings that everybody is writing contracts on. Look at the properties that could use some updating and repairs and use FHA 203K or Fannie Mae Renovation Loans HomeStyle or HomePath Renovation. These loan programs allow your clients to make improvements to the home with one loan that include the Sales Price plus improvements and all improvements are made after settlement. To hear more about all of this great loan programs call me at 571-238-6468 or email at raymond.roeske@movementmortgage.com.
