Click2Mail Sucks beyond belief!! Manager Matt Hanna please fix it

I have never been so frustrated with a website in my life.

It would take me an hour to explain all the frustrations with Click2Mail.com It just sucks beyond belief. And I write this post because I know I am not the only person that feels this way. I build websites and know computers and I can never figure it out. I can't imagine a average user being expected to use this properly.

The number of times I had to start from scratch was mind blowing. You head down one direction, you go to the proof and the wrong template is in there, and you can't edit it, you have to start over.

You can't copy and paste text!!!!!!! Basic 101 stuff. I have to type in my multiple paragraphs! And that really sucks when it times out and makes you start over!

SO they say to upload an image with text. Well that image and text gets distorted, so that doesnt work.

The reps are useful, not always correct. One telling me I had no choice but to start over because of a time out. Instead of opened another tab, logged in, went to unsaved project, closed it, then my tab that I was working on DID save. Saved me one hour, but no thanks to them.

Literally 4 hours on my 1st mailing with a flyer. I said it must be user error and learning curve. The second time, now has been half a day of frustration. I hate this site. I hate those that built it. There is no way in the world they tested this by watching users actually do it. As in watch, with no instructions. It really sucks.

Matt Hanna from Click2mail, please please make the site suck less.

YOU ARE SO RIGHT ABOUT THAT!! THIS SITE IS HORRIBLE!!!! TRIED TO INSERT FROM AN UPLOADED MAIL MERGE FIELD AND REFUSES TO DO IT. TRIED ALL DAY TO DO SO ON A SATURDAY OF ALL DAYS TO START MY MAIL CAMPAIGN AND NOTHING BUT FRUSTRATION. I WOULD NOT REFER THIS SITE TO THE DEAD!!! WILL DEFINITELY FIND A BETTER SITE THAN THIS GARBAGE. AND I DON'T THINK THEY HAVE ANY IDEA OF HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE AS FAR AS HOW BAD IT SUCKS!

I have used Click2Mail for 2 years - and I think I'm at the end of my rope. The provision to send letters to France has been broken for over a year. I have put over 20 calls into customer service, each time being told it will be fixed "soon".

Sending letters within the US is almost as broken. The system is so impossibly hard to understand that even when I think I've got it down, I end up starting over at the beginning. I'm sorry to have to post this publicly, but honestly, Click2Mail has very serious problems both with its site structure and with its customer service - who I think is just one person since I've only ever spoken to her, and have never got any real answers as to what the heck could possibly take a year to fix with France.

Ditto to above. Then when I finally did place my order they sent it to the wrong post office and it is still in limbo. They offered me a credit on the last order I was so frustrated but the credit code was invalid. It is unbelievable how many things can be wrong with a company that does business this way.

Amen.

This service is horrifically designed and implemented. It's so clunky, difficult to use and non-intuitive. I only use it to send certified mail and find it take me 3 times longer than simply driving to post office and mailing my own.

It took me 30 minutes to send a single 2-page document. And since I didn't meet the minimum $2 production cost (pretty high for a 2 page letter), I was charged additional money to make up the difference.

I create a project. But then bonce out and to have to upload a document. Then I bounce of that that to select a mailing list. No! Can't simply select a single recepient and move through a smooth workflow. The worst part is yet to come! I download the proof, look it over and approve it. Am I done? I'm not sure. I'm not taken to the checkout process, and it's not clear that's the next step. My project is in limbo. I have to go searching for confirmation that my job is in process, which I don't find. I then see a button on the cluttered screen labeled "continue." Is that it? I click on it and I"m in the checkout process. Ok. About 10 more clicks and I'm finally burning my credits adn see something that looks like a confirmation that my job is being process. However, there's no indiciation or status telling me WHEN the job will be printed and mailed. Tomorrow? I guess.

Be careful if you're doing a timely mailing (i.e. legal notices) as your job may go out tomorrow, or the day after. But I'm not really clear on this because click2mail doesn't tell you.

Last time I tried to use this, I was sending 4 certified letters, which took me better part of an hour, only to learn that I was too late in the day to get them out by the date I needed them mailed. So I cancelled that job, but the project still sits in my project list with no option to delete.

There's got to be a better option that quicker and more intuitive. At this point, I'm back to manual mailings. This webstie needs a complete redesign of both functionality and appearance. It's so cluttered and confusing, looking like a bunch of geeky programmers threw this together without any clue as to how to design a user interface.

JImbo out! (drops mic)
