Homeschooling Justice!

Good news for Homeschoolers: The court ruling declaring most forms of homeschooling unlawful in California has been vacated. This means the judge's decision which created a national uproar, will not go into effect, at least not in its current form. The Second District Court of Appeals, has decided to re-hear the case. There will be a new round of briefings due late next month. It will take the court additional months to setup oral arguments and come up with another decision. Today's court ruling to re-hear the case is justification that homeschooling families should continue their programs without fear and intimidation from the government. Now, enjoy homeschooling your kids and know that homeschooling families in California will continue to triumph over government interference.
