In an effort to make my posts more timely and useful for the community, I'd like some feedback regarding what kind of information you'd like to receive from me. I've been posting information on various aspects of 1031 Exchanges but I have not been receiving very many comments. So, I'm seeking information from the ActiveRain community about what would generate more interest:

1. 1031 Exchange Information -- Tax Updates?

2. Market Information -- What I'm seeing in the 1031 Exchange World?

3. General Observations of the real estate community?

4. Tips about how to use your knowledge of 1031 exchanges to expand your business?

Do you have a webinar planned or available to you? I think with all of the short sale information going around, agents have forgotten about this valuable tool. If we could get a couple of agents in my office "certified" then we can be the experts in our area. We a rein Florida and thus have a high need for 1031 exchanges.
