The townhomes in Gleason Farms are divided into two developments. The Carraige Homes Townhomes are the townhomes just south of Bass Lake Rd and west of Peony Lane N. There are 178 units here; professionally managed by First Service Residential (Who bought out Gittleman Management). HOA dues are about $205/month and include sanitation, exterior maintenance of the building, hazard insurance, outside maintenance, water/sewer, and snow and lawn care. Dogs and cats are allowed, but there may be height and weight and number restrictions. No owner may lease thier property to another party within the first two years of ownership.

There are several different floorplans, but they range from 1236-1668 sq ft. They were built from 2002-2005. They are side by side townhomes with 2-3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 car garages.

The Georgetown Townhomes are located just west of Lawndale Ln N and they are north and south of 68th Ave N, wrapping around Narcissus Ln N, 68th Pl N, and Merrimac Ln N. There are 162 units in this development and the association is professionally managed by Omega Management. These were built by Centex Homes from 2002-2005. The HOA dues are about $232/month here and cover about the same as the Carriage Homes association as well as shared amenities.  

These townhomes are also side by side townhomes with the same exterior appearance as the Carriage Homes and also have several different floorplans. Square footage ranges from 1119-1850, with 2-3 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms and 2 car garages. Many of the homes have vaulted ceilings and open floor plans.
