Inventory is steadily increasing in Westlake Village, CA in both the 91361 and 91362 zip codes. Again, as I always say as a disclaimer we do have "micro-markets" such as water- front homes where the inventiory is very limited and homes with water-front feature sell quickly and at top prices. We also have Lake Sherwood, North Ranch and Club Estates which are also priced above most nieghborhoods due to the larger size of homes and larger lots. Homes in these areas tend to sell quickly if they are priced correctly. All in all the market is moving nicely. We still need more inventory to meet the demand of all buyers in all price ranges.
