Real Estate agents only get paid if they are successful. That's why no one should hesitate signing up with an agent.  You see Real Estate agents only get paid when there is something to pay them for...Most agents work very hard to help bring their clients instructions full circle.

WHAT DRIVES THE DEAL

The moving thrust of a Real Estate transaction is comprised of two things...Ethics and results. To the client, a sacred relationship called fiduciary takes place where the agent looks after every little thing that can favor the client PLUS protect them from unnecessary exposure or harm

MOST BUT NOT ALL

To anyone else the Real Estate agent interacts with, the pledge to give fair and honest dealing goes into effect. The majority of agents take these principals very seriously and act them out expertly. The ones that are just starting out and learning are minor exceptions and the ones that don't wont be around long

TEAM WORK

Agents and principals work together in the transaction and in effect a partnership is formed. This team now has a common purpose. Whether it is to buy, sell, manage or invest in Real Estate, agents have to work hard to bring about the result that benefits all. In the end, everyone walks a way a winner and THEN the agent gets paid. In the end is stressed. For some, it can be later... rather than sooner too

AGENTS ARE MOTIVATED

The best motivator in the world is for someone to work to get paid...and agents just do not know any other way except to perform. True, some agents perform better than others, but all work toward accomplishing the Real Estate mission successfully...or they don't get paid. The carrot is earned!

LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENTS

In today's complicated Real Estate world of foreclosures, short sales, defaults, marketing, selling, buying and listing properties, to operate without an agent is not the best way to proceed. There is too much to know and even more to watch out for. Learning after the fact is expensive and not recommended

WHERE DO WE START?

First thing on a Real Estate agent's list is to get your job done. First thing on your list should be to hire a Real Estate Agent. I especially recommend a local agent and any successful agent can recommend a good agent in your area too...

It is unfortunate that other professions that drag things out to get paid more are not paid on commission.
