I am very active in First Baptist Church, where I have been a member for over 43 years and served as a deacon, choir helper, acteen leader, RA teacher, Sunday School Director, and various other capacities over the years. I love being a part of this community and do what I can to give back by getting involved with organizations such as the Kiwanis Club of Lee County (14 years and secretary for 12 years), The Coalition for Families as a Board Member, Colonel for the United Way of Lee County, and Teen Pregancy Prevention Council.
