Get a good CRM (Contact Management System) and
Increase Your Business
In December of 2013 I began researching a CRM. My assistant was so diligent and thorough. She found one called "Mortgage Planner CRM". I'm telling you, this was the best investment I've made in the past few years in my business. I recommend you take a look at it and make the call for yourselves. It will increase your business immensely. Here is what it does for me:
1. Keeps track of my ENTIRE database
2. Groups every lead into categories
3. Syncs with my smart phone contacts
4. Tracks all of my referrals given and received
5. Syncs with Microsoft Outlook calendar
6. Sends monthly/weekly pre-written, but customizable drip marketing email campaigns to stay in touch with all pre-approved, credit impaired, and closed clients
7. Sends out quick, short and sweet status updates throughout the mortgage process, that have your picture on them, to all affiliated transaction partners (such as Realtors, Mortgage Processors, Settlement Agents, and the Clients) with updates like this. "Just a quick mortgage update on the Smith Loan - 123 Main St. The appraisal has been ordered. We should have the report back within a week from the inspection date. Let me know if you have any questions."
8. Allows you to keep track of all touches with the clients as well as their interests etc.
9. Allows you to manager your to-do list
10. Allows you set up reminders to call clients at various points in the transition
11. Syncs with your LOS such as Encompass so that you have record of all of your transactions.
12. Allows you to pull reports to determine average loan size, commission, closing per year and month.
13. Alerts you of rate lock expiration dates
...And much more. I'm a big advocate and think that all successful Loan Officers need a good CRM.
If you end up purchasing this, it costs around $1000/year. Please let them know I referred you!
Happy CRM shopping.
