The real estate agents are gone for the summer

It is now 110 degrees here in La Quinta, California. The streets are empty. We still have many people buying houses as they think they get a better deal when it is hot. Actually the sellers don't care how hot it is as most of them are not even here.  Over half of the real estate agents leave in the summer so I am usually busier than ever. This past month I have sold 7 homes. I am grateful for the business and I really don't care how hot it is. I show homes in the morning when possible and working is the office is comfortable whatever the time of year.

Thank you
