Mamma Roma, located in Odenton, MD (Piney Orchard) is run by two brothers, Rino and Bruno. Both brothers have many years of experience in restaurant management and food preparation. Rino, who was an outstanding Italian chef school graduate, first opened a small place in Baltimore, MD. Bruno, who was presently attending school in Italy and working in the restaurant industry, came to help manage the daily operations. In 2006, they moved to the Piney Orchard area and opened Mamma Roma.

"We have gone to Reconcitos (and Mi Casita) several times. Love the margaritas, the food is very good. The staff always accommodating. My favorite dish are Burritos Especial. My wife like the fajitas.
Salsa is very good. Horchata is nice with lunches. Very clean and just a nice place to go for some authentic Mexican food."
