Over $9 million in 23 whole ownership sales this past week were reported by the Steamboat Pilot and Today this week. Of those 5 were single family, 7 townhome/condo, 8 lot/land and 3 commercial.

The Steamboat Springs MLS shows $60,865,499 in pending sales (excluding the $18 million ranch). The average pending price is $441,054.34 and the average median price is $299,500.

8% of pending sales are listed for over $1 million, 2% are pending in the $800's (there are currently no pending sales that were listed in the $900,000 range), 9% are pending between $799k and $600,000, 20% are below $600k but above $400,000, 11% are pending with a list price in the $300,000's, and 50% are listed for under $300,000.
