The Power of Testimonials!

Services for Real Estate Pros with RealSupport Inc.

As a longtime Real Estate Virtual Assistant team that has worked alongside many real estate professionals, including those just getting their business off of the ground as well as those managing highly successful careers, there have always been a few tools that go miles in the way of credibility and professionalism. One of those tools are legitimate, unfiltered client testimonials. There are a few different ways to utilize client testimonials through social media and the web, to ensure the most wide-reaching impact for the reviews that you've earned. Our Real Estate Virtual Assistant team has seen very effective client testimonials used in these places, to name a few:

-Your Website. Without saying, your website should unequivocally be a place where you can showcase your expertise, build your brand and engage your prospects. Since most prospects will be likely to do some research before signing any contracts, make sure they know that they're dealing with an experienced professional. Whether you choose to have an ongoing testimonials page on your site or you have reviews on your homepage, there are many different options for ensuring that positive accolades and words from past clients are reflected and visible to others.

-Review Sites. After the closing table, encourage clients to log on and write a review for your business on Yelp!, Angie's List or Google. Sometimes that can be nerve-wracking as the review will come directly from the client and will oftentimes be unfiltered, however, a happy client will always be willing to shout your praises - Especially if it means helping to refer you new business.

-Social Media. A great client testimonial is an excellent outreach tool, so use it to your advantage! Don't be afraid to share it in a status update or tweet it for the world to see. Additionally, you can choose to connect with clients on LinkedIn - This way, they can choose to endorse your skillset or write a testimonial for your profile after their closing date.

With such a wide array of social media available at your fingertips, the sky is truly the limit when it comes to self-promotion and branding your online presence. Client testimonials are such a crucial part of any salesperson's business as they give you credibility, professionalism and a solid reference, all in one. It is essential to share these testimonials in as many places as possible to ensure that prospects now and months from now will feel comfortable contacting you, sharing their real estate needs with you and working alongside you. If you have any questions navigating the sometimes overwhelming world of social media and the often-changing web, contact us today. We look forward to helping you build and maintain your business!
