A total of $8.9 million worth of homes sold and closed in Clarksburg during May 2014, compared to $7.2 million in May 2013 – a 23.4 percent increase. 

The median sold price during May was $370,000 (down 16.2 percent compared to May of last year), and the number of homes sold and closed was up by 43.7 percent.
