"The Jack of all Trades is the Master of None“”  originates from Shakespearean days and is true today as it was then. When it comes to todays Renovation/Construction loan programs. Most mortgage companies take a general approach to lending, they TRY any loan that comes their way. How many of you of have now spoke to other mortgage professionals and were dissuaded from renovation financing. It’s too expensive, too difficult, too time-consuming  they say. Many mortgage lenders simply don’t offer renovation mortgage products period. Other lenders offer them, but steer you away because renovation loans require more work on our end of the process. Some mortgage companies offer the product reluctantly because they feel they must, but provide little to no training and consistently fail to execute.

When it comes to Renovation/Construction lending you need "Renovation Expertise".

Let my 22 years of construction lending and referral network of real estate agents, home inspectors, HUD consultants guide you to what your home could be. Renovation loans work on both Purchase and Refinance loans. I can offer the following products to creat your dreams.

Great Testimonial email sent to the President of Movement Mortgage Casey Crawford. Dear Casey: Thank you for the opportunity to express how thankful my wife and I are for the services provided by Ray Roeske. We recently closed on a property that we purchased through an online auction. The house was a foreclosure property which had been uninhabited for two years, required a significant renovations and had a mold outbreak to boot. Needless to say this was not your vanilla 30 year fixed mortgage situation. In fact, we tried working with two other lenders that were unable to navigate the complexities of this purchase. We were fortunate that a friend, who by the way works for one of your competitors, put us in touch with Ray. I am confident the deal would not have concluded successfully if it had not been for Ray. This, by the way, is not just our sentiment but that of our real estate agent as well who told me early on that he did not think we would be able to close on the schedule dictated by the auction terms. But Ray coordinated everything from the HUD inspection, the appraisal, the underwriting, the general contractor proposal, the mold remediation specialist, to the sellers title company. To us, this was a complex transaction with multiple moving parts and we are very appreciative to your company and especially the services provided by Ray
