The current change in the Real Estate Market

How do you feel the Market is doing in general. Here in Southwest Florida, things are steadily improving.

We had a nice rally in season with a little slow down in price increases for our off season.

I expect prices to rise again as season returns.

What are your thoughts?

Lori: I spent the last 24 years in Sarasota and I can tell you that Sarasota is hopping! Now here in California and the biggest problem is inventory. In some neighborhoods, we have less than 1 month's worth of inventory. Lots of buyers, lots of cash, but no properties to sell.

Good Luck!!

Thank you for the feedback.
Here we have buyers trying to continue to capitalize on existing foreclosures.
Private inventory is moving quickly.
Not as fast as in 2004 through 2006 but seems to be trending in that direction.
Prices are up much higher than they were, but still at a level where equity can be earned quickly.
Season will probably speed things up even faster.
Have a great day.
