It's all about planning. Those familiar with the heat will be on board with early morning and evening showings. We have a few days where it gets too hot to be out showing ... and the steering wheel too hot to hold. Thankfully, those days are few!

John and Shannon, we make sure to have plenty of bottled water, regardless of the season but the heat will sure make everyone want a bottle.

I don't know how you can show in the high temperatures you have had lately.    Some of our temps are topping 90, and that is hot enough!

Wow now that's hot when you have oven mitts as part of your real estate toolkit. It's the humidity here that stops us in out tracks. it is awful in the summer but we, like you, keep on selling homes.

We get to 100, and keep a cooler in the car filled with water, as getting dehydrated while looking for homes isn't fun.

We make it easy. You make it home.

Those are nifty ideas for showing homes in the hot, hot AZ heat. I am picturing you wearing oven mitts and opening a lockbox. :)
