I know this is probably a long shot, but this last week there were some buyers that stopped by my listing at 842 Kootenai Trail Naples, Idaho and my sellers showed you around. They were so thrilled to hear your kind compliments. They did mention though the main thing that was missing was a nice big sunny garden spot and a place to put your greenhouses.
The good news is that we have some very motivated sellers here that need to move to Colorado. If clearing some land to place greenhouses on was your biggest reservation about this property we can do something about that!
The land is pretty flat already and if you go past the cabin in the trees That triangle of land is already pretty open and gets lots of good sun. It would not take long with a logger and a tractor to make this just the way you want it. So if you are still interested, come talk about the possibilites, we could probably have it done the day we close escrow!
