My seller sent me two photos of his new 24 foot kitchen.
We will be listing this home with a two story addition very soon.
Being impatient, I did not want to wait for staging and photography.

Yep, but then a bathroom, and then something else... You can't do just the kitchen in remodeling, hoping that it would do the trick. Unfortunately, or we would be doing way more remodelings than now... but the minute they see a gorgeous kitchen, they want to see a gorgeous bathroom... and I am sure this house has it all. And then it will sell fast
