Park Crossing is a large community of homes located west of Park Rd and South of Sharon Rd. The entire community of homes is considered Park Crossing but the neighborhood is also broken into a number of different subdivisions within Park Crossing. The neighborhood first began construction in 1982 and the last property was built in the community around the late 90's. The homes in Park Crossing do vary quite a bit in shape, size, and the level of upating. The majority are two story single family homes though there is a smaller section of townhomes and patio homes as well. The smaller properties start out at at a cozy 1700 sqft, and they can go all the way up to a considerably larger 5000sq ft home.
The neighborhood is very gorgeous with large well manicured front lawns and big mature trees lining every street. The Homes in Park Crossing have very decent sized lots starting around omes 1/3 acre and going up to about a full acre. Great Location in South Charlotte
Park Crossing Homes in Charlotte NC are in a prime location of the South Charlotte Area. Park Crossing is located off Park Rd. just north of the Pineville area. In addition it's also very close to Ballantyne, and a short drive north to South Park. The location off of Park Rd. also allows Park Crossing Resident's to very quickly access I-485 and I-77 or even get to the busy Uptown by going all the way down Park Rd. The community's central location allows for a quick commute to virtually any part of the greater Charlotte area. The Park Crossing neighborhood has the benefit of being surrounded by both very high end neighborhoods and communities that are a bit more affordable. In addition, Being so close to South Park and Ballantyne means easy access to all the of different shopping and restaurant options the two locations have to offer. It's located about 8 minutes to I-485, 10 minutes to I-77, 10 minutes to SouthPark Mall, 20 minutes to Uptown Charlotte, 30 minutes to the CLT Airport.
