Stone Mountain Village Delta CO Newer Homes Real Estate Market Report. Here is the June 2014 market report for Stone Mountain Village in Delta, Colorado. The homes in this wonderful subdivision were all built in 2005 and afterwards. This is the place everyone loves to call home. The neighborhood sits on the edge of town with wonderful views of Grand Mesa.
There are currently two properties on the market. The list prices are $194,900 and $234,900. The lowest priced propety is now under contract. The market hasn't changed since last month's report. There are 1 and 2 story floor plans available. The smaller houses are around 1300 square feet and the larger homes are over 2300 feet. All floor plans are at least 3 bedroom with 2 baths. Some of the models have fireplaces. The neighborhood also has it's own park. There is an HOA in place to protect the integrity of the neighborhood.
Stone Mountain Village is convenient to everything in Delta, CO. That's because Delta is a small Western Slope community with less than 10,000 people. No there isn't a zero missing. This neighborhood is on the north side of Delta, so it's an easy commute to Montrose and Grand Junction. Get out of the rat race of the city, and enjoy a quieter lifestyle.
Delta, Colorado has a lot to offer for a small town. There are many wonderful dining and shopping options, and things to do. Main Street has some wonderfully unique shops with buildings that date back 100 years.
The area's slogan is canyons, rivers, mountains. Delta and the surrounding area has all three of these features.
The Grand Mesa is known as the world's largest flat top mountain, and it's the prominent fixture on the Delta skyline...not tall buildings.
Within about a 30 minute drive, or less...you can experience a wide range of outdoor activities. Hiking, fishing, biking, photography, hunting, rafting, downhill and cross country skiing are all popular activities right in Delta's backyard.
