The upper level and units tend to attract a higher price because the lower level units give up a portion of their living space to the garage. More than likely due to condo prices increasing and negotiations with the bank, the bank is looking to close the gap on the short-sale price. Two units rented in the last three months at an average of $2575 for 3 bedroom unit. In December and January the average monthly rent was $2000. For landlords this a community that will provide steady rental income. When condos are priced right and they show well when listed they will sell quickly.
