The master-planned communities of Gladden Farms and Rancho Marana are located about 5 minutes off Tangerine Farms Road and I-10, in NW Marana.

I did a little fact checking, and came up with the professional opinion in answering my question, "Does It Matter What Month You List Your Home for Sale in Gladden Farms?" 

"No, in Gladden Farms and Rancho Marana, Marana, AZ -- it does NOT much matter what month you list your home for sale."  It mostly matters to YOU!

Listing your Homes for Sale in Gladden Farms

 

Looking at the trends of Gladden Farms and Rancho Marana tells us that historically, the most closings seem to have taken place in March and June, and those contracts come in an average of 30-40 days prior.  So...February and May are great times to list your property.

Looking further into the numbers, one can see that we are way down in inventory for 2014...so...in all likelihood, being one of a few for sale would dramatically increase your chances for sale!

From January 2014, through today, closed listings averaged 59 days on the market before they received an offer the seller accepted.  In the past 90 days, that average has moved to 58.  In the past 30 days of Sold Listings, 7 of 12 receiving an accepted contract in 38 days or less.
