January through June are 2014

However, you get a different snapshot if you look at a longer history:
Looking at the trends of Gladden Farms and Rancho Marana tells us that historically, the most closings seem to have taken place in March and June, and those contracts come in an average of 30-40 days prior. So...February and May are great times to list your property.
