What is Your ONE Thing?

If everyone has the same 1,440 minutes every day, why does it seem some people are able to get more done than others?  We had a great discussion on this topic in the June 2014 Texoma Real Estate Investors' Association (TREIA) meeting.  This video is just a brief introduction to the topic.

What is your ONE Thing?

Do you know now why it is so important to answer that question?  Answering that question, and then taking action to accomplish your ONE Thing on a daily basis is the key to extraordinary results in work and life.

Once you have determined what your ONE Thing is, the next most important thing is to time block.  Make an appointment with yourself, and keep that appointment at all costs.  There will be pressure and destractions, but if you have truly identified the ONE most important thing you can do right now shouldn't you actually do it?

The ONE Thing for real estate investors is to make offers.  If you're wanting to make money and develop passive income through real estate, then you must make offers.  The benefit of working with a real estate agent who is also an investor is they understand the process, can provide mentorship and guidance, and help you through the process.

You are so correct about how important it is to schedule time with yourself to take care of what you value in business and personally. There are a always going to be a million reasons to be distracted, but if it is truly important you will find a way to stay focused.

Today, my one thing is to get away and paddle for about 2 hours around two passes in swfl.  I need a little exercise or I'll lose my mind!
