Should you care about Listing Photos?

YES!!!!

People like to shop by appeal. If your listing photos don't appeal to the average person, than you are more likely to not sell quickly!

Your first 5 photos on HAR really matter! When making fliers, or anything pertaining to advertisement, usually people use the first 5 photos. If the photos aren't appealing, why would someone want to look at that property?

You can add up to 32 photos on HAR, so why not use that to your advantage?

If you don't have enough photos to fill up all that space, take some cool pictures of the neighborhood! Do they have a park? Include that in your listing photos! Most families will take your house into consideration over others if have pictures of the neighborhood! Do they have a neighborhood pool? Take a good picture of that! The possibilities are endless! Take advantage of the good neighborhood! Fill up all the pictures that you can post! If you don't want to take the pictures, then find somebody that does! Find a college or high school student looking for some extra cash on the side! There are endless possibilities! Take advantage of all the resources you have!

Sell that listing!

Great ideas for photos Joy. If you want to attract buyers, the place had better look good.

Listing photos are so important! We take many photos and update them periodically if appropriate. Neighborhood photos are a great idea too. Thanks for the good info.
