Once again my day is interrupted by a cry for help from one of my agents. Zillow has YET AGAIN posted one of her luxury listings at the incorrect price. Her clients are loosing patience, calling us incompetant and I have to spend hours doing damage control to no avail as it appears that we don't have a say in what we list our properties at these days, these two supposed GIANTS have complete control.
Neither Zillow or Trulia EVER admit responsibility, stating the problem is with our MLS or the feed from List Hub... Well check this out guys and let me know exactly where that information went wrong...

THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT TRULIA GOT THIS ONE RIGHT!!!! SAME FEED
But it's not Zillow's fault...
or so they say!
Having discussed this problem on many occasions I am fast losing patience as are our clients, and my agents...WHY should we PAY to use a service which works against us and our clients not for us????
Any ideas???
