Selling A Home In The SF Bay Area..Something to think about. .

I still can't explain fully what is going on the SF Bay Area real estate market? Well here is my take on things. I have noticed more sellers and less buyers. Prices are leveling off. Sellers need to be realistic with there prices to attract buyers. Greed is bad. If you are thinking about selling, you have to look at your profit margin and price the home at you lowest bottom number. If the pricing is reasonable, you will have a lot more traffic looking at your property. That will increase the number of offers and the purchase price.
