School is finally out and what better way to enjoy your summer than by having your grandchildren come visit. Grandkids can appreciate all of Houston's Sweetgrass community amenities in and around the clubhouse. Please be aware that there are certain hours when the children are allowed in the facility. Also, no one under the age of 19 is allowed to stay at the community for more than 90 day within a full calendar year.
