Buying or selling a home? Think color

Real Estate Broker/Owner with JFIVE Home Realty LLC | 845-758-6842|162 Deer Run Rd Red Hook NY 12571 10491201242

Think color

Think color is not about the color of your home or the walls. This time of year here in the Northeast we think about flowers, it is nice to see things come to life after a long winter.

Adding a flower garden to the property you just purchased will go a long way in making it home. This is an opportunity to add your own touch by choosing the colors you want in a flower garden.

If you are in the process of selling your home a colorful garden will put a potential buyer in a happy mood when looking at your home especially if such a buyer loves flowers. This could help seal the deal.

Real estate is my business but I am also passionate about adding colors to my garden. This season I have had the pleasure of sharing the plants and flowers with others.

Take a peek at my garden then go out and start a flower garden or spruce up an existing one. Think color

Thanks Noah.  Now when I need to de-stress you know where I can be found :)  The guitar licks was recorded for me, a present from the hubby.  I have to get him to do more.

Jennifer -- brillaint!  I have counseled sellers to make sure that they "Stage" the outside of their home.  It really is important because buyers get a first and lasting impression.

Jennifer, we'd make good neighbors. I believe in flowers. I believe in gardening. It's good for the home and the soul! Neighbors appreciate it too!

Hi Jennifer -- thinking "color" can add dollars to the bottom line of a home sale in my opinion --- it can be achieved without a lot of expense but those important first impressions can make a homebuyer linger rather than rush back to the car.

This is great advice. Summertime home sellers should have some color in the garden and a flag displayed at the front entrance.
