Has everything that can be said about real estate already been said?

There is always something left to be said and as Kathy so adroitly pointed out above, just the differing perspectives are interesting. 

Richard, there is a lot that has been written about real estate, but so much of what is on the web is pretty much hooey.  We're lucky to have people like the real top contributors on ActiveRain to give readers the real stuff!

A lot has been said, and a lot has been written, and there is constantly something new popping up, and like Pat, I agree that the web is often uninformative, in some aspects.  A

Richard, No argument here that there's new left to be written.  The local nuances ensure that something novel will come along.

There are no new ideas under the sun it is said, but there are always new and original ways to say them.

I'm convinced there's nothing new with problems, it's how you find solutions that make a difference. What worked once, may not work a second time. Same old problems! Same old frustrations! Different solutions!

Always something new; a new experience, new twist, new laws, fresh buyer or seller outlooks!

Richard, I loved the blog and I too learn something new in real estate (almost) every day.

Could not agree more, there is always something to learn.

we have so many more ways to experience our careers as they progress through technology and the real world.

We are certainly not in a boring industry. Just look at all the Real Estate Reality Shows out there.  Every day is a new day in real estate.

Miles to go before I sleep?

I feel the same way Richard.  Every day is different.  Every day we learn something.  Every day we discover new things to blog about!  

Richard, there is nothing boring about this business. Every transaction is a different challenge and a learning experience.

I know I learn a lot from being here, and now that everyone or everything can write 20 blog posts a week, no doubt we will learn lots more (?)  

Richard...there is a lot to be said about Real Estate yet, but I doubt we will ever see much of it on this site now that content seems to be second thought.

Very true. Real estate is a dynamic business and dynamic means constant change. So there will always be something new!  The issue is will it be written about?

There will never be a shortage of things to say about real estate. I could blog every day about things in our own home community.
