Flowers Mill is a lovely active adult community in Langhorne,  Bucks county Pa.

People love to live there because of the lovely clubhouse that offers year round resort style living. It is a gated community. The clubhouse offers an indoor pool and banquet room, card room,library, exercise room and lots of activities.

There are detached and attached  homes in Flowers Mill. All of them have garages and first floor main bedroom.

There are some homes with basements as well.

I have many people looking to buy a home with a basement and they have not come up on the market for sale for a long time.
