Local Veterinarian using water management program - Ponderay, Idaho

As anyone with a pet knows, a local Vetrinarian is one of the most important people to know and trust.  Not only do they take care of our pets, more importantly they take care of our emotions while doing so. I swung by my vet who has taken care of Bilbo, Grizzly, and now Halley since I have come to North Idaho. Gave them a change of address and stopped at the water cooler on the way out.  Chuckled at the size, or lack of, of the cup for the water.  While filling the thimble size cup I noticed a plaque above the cooler. I read it before drinking the water.  After reading it was all I could do to swallow what little water there was,  past the lump in my throat.

I have always been emotional and passionate, just seems to be getting worse with age.  lol

Mark,  This brought tears to my eyes.  I have two dogs and have been down this road more often than I care to remember.  What a beautiful tribute to someone's beloved pet.

Mark, I missed the connection about the water rationing. The poem however is very touching.

Oh, that broke my heart, too, Mark.  I know that our Felknapp won't be with us much longer, and it is killing me already.  How very sweet and comforting.  Thank you!
