As a Real Estate Agent, I take my fiduciary responsibilities seriously. A fiduciary duty is a legal duty to act solely in another person's best interest. Not all decisions in life are easy. When the loss of a loved one involves Probate, I am Certified as a Probate Real Estate Specialist in the State of Texas. The Executor for the Estate will have many major decisions to make on behalf of the estate for the family.
As a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, I can handle the Real Estate while the family focuses on the financial, emotional, physical, and material goods that needs to be sorted through. For example, the surviving spouse may prefer to relocate to a condo with low maintenance, with family, or somewhere else. I can help with all of the family needs pertaining to Real Estate. As a widow myself, I have the credentials, compassion, understanding, knowledge, experience, and I'm certified. I have also sold properties where elderly relatives who owned property in Texas died and the Executor was out of state. If the property is vacant, I can direct the Executor to a local alarm company to install an alarm to protect the property or provide a list of service providers to get the property sold. In situations like this, I'm the one minding the property until it closes. I am the Executor's eyes, ears, nose, and voice.
Your prudent selection of professionals at a time of loss will help assure a cost and time effective settlement of the Estate.
