Beautifully tucked at the foot of the Franklin Mountains, on the Northeast side of town, you’ll find El Paso’s best kept secret with views that are breathtaking and amazing no matter the time of day. There is an unfair and wild misconception among those unfamiliar with El Paso that the Northeast is not a good area to live or raise a family. This could not be further from the truth, and in fact the Northeast provides many benefits and opportunities not available anywhere else in this wonderful city. With the development and completion of Loop 375 running through our hidden little gem, the Northeast is now the most convenient area in the city, if you ask me. You can take the loop and be in any part of the city in 20 minutes with minimal traffic. The subdivisions are less crowded, but are growing to provide exceptional buying opportunities. Housing prices are amazing, and are nestled between beautiful parks and convenient shopping centers. It is one of the more ethnically diverse areas of town thanks to Fort Bliss and their much appreciated military families. Northeast El Paso has gained recognition throughout the city for their education and schools because of their outstanding academic and athletic programs between both the El Paso and Ysletta Independent School Districts. Don’t let someone keep you from exploring this area as a housing option where the mountains are always a backdrop for your photos and memories! Happy house hunting!
