Tempe Home Prices

Home prices in Tempe have been on the rise and are up 11.2% from May of 2013.

If you are interested in how much current inventory is on the market in Tempe you can find that information by clicking on the link.   Right now we are seeing a sellers market in homes under  300K due to low inventory in this price point.   As the price point increases to 300K to 450K the market is normal and above the 450K mark, we are seeing more of a buyers market.  It is important that you find the right agent to represent you and knows the market well.  Currently Tempe homes have a median time of 72 days on the market before they sell. This would suggest that buyers are in a great position to make an aggresive offer on a home the longer it sits on the market. Sellers should make sure to price their home near the market value if they expect to get an offer from one of those interested buyers.
