I am so tired of hearing all of the negative media regarding real estate. It's time we start hearing something good once in a while. Real estate prices in Lake Arrowhead and the surrounding communities of Twin Peaks, Crestline, Running Springs, etc, are great! There are so many great homes that are unbelievable values right now. Anyone looking to invest in real estate should consider our resort communities. The lake is full now and the summer will be absolutely gorgeous! I am so looking forward to the summer concert series in the Lake Arrowhead Village and the Jazz Festival in Blue Jay. American Idol is having their Idol Camp at Pali Mountain in Running Springs and concerts in the Lake Arrowhead Village too! What more can you ask for! So, real estate and life in general are looking up in Lake Arrowhead!

You know, I used to live down the hill from Lake Arrowhead 35 - 40 years ago, I am sure before you were born, and loved it. Have not been back and sure I would never recognize the area. It is so funny to see so many posts about it. Good positive post, good for you!

Michelle, I'm a long way from Lake Arrowhead and know nothing about it, but I do know that you are right. I am also tired of the negative stories. My mother taught me that if you don't have anything nice to say then say nothing at all.

Yes, I am soooo tired of the negative media...if they would take a break from the doom and gloom for a little while, I think people who start being more optimistic..
