I recently transferred to the Prudential real estate office here in Colorado Springs and work out of my home office. My desk fees are considerably lower by having a mobile office but I often miss the interaction with other agents. I am more thankful now than ever for being a part of Active Rain! Active Rain is now where I go daily to interact with other real estate agents and learn from others. Even though I am working in a home office, it never gets lonely since I am surrounded by so many wonderful people here on Active Rain!
I was recently invited by Mariana Wagner, a blogger I admire, to a Business Building Class a few days ago. It was so neat to meet someone who also is a Realtor in the Colorado Springs Area that I may have never met if it were not for this great network. She is such a knowledgeable lady just as I expected and also very kind. Did I mention she also has a great sense of humor? I also met her husband Derek; they make a great team!
