Realtor's GMAC Conference in FL....

As I exited the plane from Ft. Lauderdale last night after spending 4 days in sunny Florida at a Realtor's Convention I really had to question my sanity!  It was sunny and 75' when I left Florida....and when I got into Chicago it was 7'!!  Honestly, I loved the warmth...but reality set in and I know Chicago is my kind of town!

What a great conference....my main reason for going was because I won an award for Premier Service.   I have been certified in offering Premier Service to all of my clients and to perspective buyers and sellers.  This is something I strive for in my everyday life.  Treating others how I want to be treated without even thinking about it.  I give all perspective clients a "guarantee" that I will make sure they're happy with my service and after the transaction closes an independent company will send them a survey asking them to tell about their experience with me.

There are few businesses now a days that give such Premier Service....Nordstrom's, Four Seasons, W Hotels, Starbucks and now you can add me to that list!!  I'm SOLD ON SERVICE!!!

Congratulations on your award, Sheryl --- I too was in South Florida, but had less cold weather issues to return to than you and Charles!  Still, though, South Florida + great conference + great food and drink + oceanfront hotel and pool = didn't wanna come back!

Besides your Premier Service award, what were other highlights for you at the GMAC Experience?  I'd love to hear your opinions.  I just finished completing the survey by email so it's fresh on my mind at the moment!
