The house on the left needs some work before it's ready for occupany, but even so, you must admit that this is one heck of a deal.
This certainly appears to be a bargain. Not familiar with the area, however 2 homes for the price of one always appeals to buyers. In the event I get an investor looking in you area they will be hearing about this from me. Have a great day.
