When finished, this complex will become the first residential development within the 21-acre Fan Pier project, which also includes a marina, bayside parkland, offices, a hotel, retail shopping and dining.  The building is a short walk to the Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston’s Financial District, as well as water taxis, South Station and the Silver Line.

Fan Pier  sounds like a great location there in the Seaport District.
