Groveland - Pine Mountain Lake Boat Parade 2014
The PML Boat Parade, organized by Friends of the Lake, takes place on Saturday, July 5th (2014), at 6:00pm. The theme of this year's parade is "classic TV shows," and of course patriotic decorations are also appropriate.
Boat owners should register at the marina store and receive your instructions and parade number. Boats line-up at the dam beginning at 5:30pm.
Prizes will be awarded for the best decorations in each of the four categories:
1. electric boats
2. gas pontoons
3. ski and fishing boats
4. non-motorized, including kayaks, pedal boats and canoes
Fireworks will begin around 9pm.
